What to expect as a birth client?
For my birth clients, I require an initial meeting to discuss your preferences, what you're looking for in a doula and any questions you may have. Following this, I suggest scheduling at least two additional meetings prior to the birth.
In our first follow-up meeting, we will address any questions or concerns you may have, review your medical and pregnancy history, and discuss your lifestyle. The second meeting will focus on developing your birth plan, exploring coping techniques, discussing available options, answering your questions and providing necessary resources.

After the 38-week mark, I will be on call for you. Following delivery, you will receive two hours of post-birth care and one postpartum visit within the first week. During this visit, we will take the time to discuss your feelings and how everyone is adjusting. I am here to support you, whether that means holding your baby while you take a well-deserved nap, shower or simply being a listening ear. Your well-being is my priority and I am here to assist you in any way you need.
